They explained how the surgery would be done, showed me lots of different photos, and kept checking until the end whether I had any more questions, so I liked that. However, they said the capsule didn’t need to be removed, and that if I wanted it removed there would be an extra fee, which I found puzzling since I had decided from reading reviews that I definitely wanted it removed. The facilities were neat, and among the clinics I’ve been to, the staff were the most average, but they were not unfriendly.
