I think they used ear cartilage, 3 mm silicone, and part of the septum, but I didn't like the look of my natural nose, so I told them that even if the bridge became lower, I wanted it to be made into the nose shape I have now. They said it was possible, but they were very cautious about how they put it, just like the posts said. What stood out to me was that they showed me other people's photos and said that when inserting silicone, if they had shaved the bridge, they would instead shave the sides to do it.
