I've been to many consultations, but this is the first director who explained things in such detail. He explained my questions in a way that was easy to understand, and I kept asking lots of things because I was worried, so the consultation ended up being very long, but he answered everything without getting annoyed and even gave me his email address, saying to send him more questions if I thought of any~ He also explained which functional issues could and couldn't be fixed, and I liked that he didn't try to scare me or push me into anything. He said he would remove the stitches himself and that I could see him every time I came, so I think that added to my trust, and the staff were also kind.
