It didn’t feel extremely kind, but it wasn’t unfriendly either. They carefully showed me similar cases and photos, and explained the before-and-after surgical methods. I felt reassured. I had silicone removal surgery and am satisfied. The manager was kind, but the nurse during the surgery was unfriendly.
