I went for a consultation and overall I was satisfied!
Here, the doctor sees you first and then the consultation manager sees you after that. When making the appointment, the staff responded quickly and the time was managed well so I could go in right away without waiting.
The doctor didn’t push unnecessary surgery and answered my questions well. I had a lot of questions, and he answered each one. (The doctor seemed a little lacking in social skills, so if you’re hoping for emotional empathy, don’t expect it) But I really liked that he didn’t lie and didn’t use sales tricks. I really appreciated the honesty. I think a hospital just needs to be good at surgery, honest, and provide good aftercare.
The doctor examined me first, then I discussed pricing with the consultation manager. A lot of places have the manager acting like they’re the doctor and saying you need this or that, right? Here, the doctor handled the consultation and the manager handled the other parts, so the roles were clearly divided and I liked that they didn’t boss me around.
It’s a one-doctor clinic, not crowded, well-managed so there’s no waiting, and they only do what’s really necessary, which I liked (no CT scan during the consultation). They say customers who want foreign material removal are shown open-surgery photos directly.
