I went for a nose surgery consultation around May 2020 and also asked about my eyes. The nose was, well... the part I wanted could apparently be done, but there didn’t seem to be much reason to change it, so I asked about my eyes too, and they said they would do buried sutures under sleep anesthesia throughout the surgery, which surprised me. Since my eyes are droopy, they said to get an incision later when I’m older and do buried sutures now. When I asked the staff member, who seemed to be the consultation manager, whether I should open and close my eyes during the process, she said it was fine and that the surgery would end quickly. So I gave up on surgery completely. When I paid the consultation fee by card, they added a 10 percent VAT surcharge. Would they issue a cash receipt if I paid in cash? It felt a little strange. I was confused whether the estimate was 150 or 130, so I wrote 130.
