I visited a lot of hospitals to get revision nose surgery. I was told many times that my nose condition made it a difficult nose to operate on. As soon as I came in and they looked at it, they said it was a snub nose and an easy surgery. Rather than seeming confident, it felt like boasting? bluffing. The cost of donor rib cartilage was higher than autologous costal cartilage. The manager strongly pressured me to book on the same day.
