The building was incredibly flashy and the waiting time was extremely long. I think I waited about an hour? The consultation manager was very kind and listened gently and well. The director didn’t say much, just felt around and said what they would do and how they would do it, with not much further explanation. If you don’t bring questions with you, the time you waited feels wasted.
