The consultation manager was seriously so unfriendly and arrogant.. The typical fake attitude, glaring at me while trying somehow to get me to put down a deposit, and looking at the customer with suspicious eyes were all ridiculous lol. My body and mind felt uncomfortable throughout the whole consultation, seriously. I came for a nose consultation, and it was the first time someone brought up other areas. Looking at other reviews, they all only complain about this, so I don’t know why they don’t change it. After the consultation with the director, I felt better and was thinking, should I do it here? But then I had a second meeting with the consultation manager again, and ah.. my doubts amplified again. She just poured out her own story, and when the customer talked about their concerns, she just brushed it off and ignored it. It was enough to make me feel offended. Ah, even when I was consulting with the director, she stood right next to us and gave me pressure, sighing because the consultation was going over 10 minutes. They take long waiting times as a given - 1 hour
