Nose surgery with no implant Really natural. I wanted it to show a little, so I asked them to make it a bit noticeable, but it still came out extremely natural. No scar at all. Even up close you can’t tell. They were clear about what was possible and what wasn’t, and they never tried to push anything extra, saying it was up to me. After 2 weeks, I regretted not asking them to make it a little more noticeable, but after seeing people around me who had surgery around the same time with implants showing and pinched noses that looked obvious, I was glad I had it done here. I asked them to make the tip sharp, but it still turned out quite natural. If other people saw it, they’d think I hadn’t had surgery and just had a naturally pretty nose. The surgery was very clean, and after booking I wasn’t sure, so I went back for several more consultations, and they answered kindly for hours. It’s absolutely not at the level where people can’t tell I had surgery, but they did fix exactly the complex I wanted. However, if you want a flashy, especially pretty nose overall, I don’t recommend it. They do very delicate work on the nose tip.
