After my first surgery using septal cartilage for the nasal tip and silicone for the bridge, there was an issue with the implant position, so I had revision surgery as an aftercare case. Because I had to have surgery twice, I went through a bit of emotional strain, but in the end, I'm satisfied to some extent now, though not 100 percent.. I don't have much flesh on my nose, so I think it may show a little, but shape-wise it seems like they handled it very carefully and well. The director also prefers a natural line.
