I had nose surgery 6 years ago. I didn't want it to look obvious, and in the end I think it was a good decision. The tip of my nose was wide and I had no columella. After slightly bringing out the columella and refining the tip shape, it looks natural and pretty. Of course I can't do the pig nose, but other than that it doesn't look obvious.
