I consulted at about 10 places before deciding, and I was very satisfied. It’s important that the style of the clinic and mine match; I wanted to make my large, very high nose smaller to create a more feminine feel, and my nose became nicely refined (no implant was inserted, only the tip was supported with septal cartilage). After 3 to 4 years, the upturned-line nose also rose into a straighter line, and my nose became a bit bigger again, but that’s not a surgery problem. One week later, after removing the splint, I could wear a hat and go about daily life, and after 3 weeks, once the swelling went down and it was about the size of my old nose, people hardly recognized it.
