The director’s surgery was delayed, so I waited an hour and had the consultation with the director, but the consultation lasted 3 minutes? 5 minutes? Then I came out. Rather than understanding my needs, they said decisively what kind of line I should get, held the line once, and the consultation ended. Why did I wait to get a consultation there? That’s the kind of hospital it felt like.
