I went because I heard the consultation was good, and I appreciated that they contacted me when the consultation time opened up. The doctor and the consultation manager both seemed confident, and they showed me before-and-after photos of similar cases too. They also did a CT scan, and the waiting time wasn't long. But contrary to my wish to use silicone, they kept recommending no silicone, and from a patient's point of view they spoke in a way that felt dismissive, saying I just needed to pick a doctor who was good, which was upsetting. The consultation manager also explained everything thoroughly in detail, but since I'm paying money for surgery, I didn't want to go with a place that left me feeling uneasy, so I didn't choose it.
