I saw reviews saying the staff were curt, and I understood why^^.. Kind of a haughty vibe?? I came up from another region, so I arrived about 1 hour?? early, but wow.. I really waited so long.. I can understand the first hour because I arrived early, but when I waited even longer than that, I got pretty irritated?? When I got up saying I was going to the restroom, I glanced at the staff, and they were openly using their phones on top of the desk, and the staff were talking to each other way too casually like friends. I work in customer service too, but that kind of attitude was a bit much.. Also, they talked about photos and CT scans, but when I worked at a dermatology clinic, I saw staff passing around and talking about patients’ photos, so because I felt distrustful, I refused. But the consultation manager kept saying that without them, the process wouldn’t be accurate, so I started wondering whether it was even right for me to have this consultation?? Anyway, after waiting a long time again, I met the director. Maybe they had been told that I wouldn’t take CT scans or photos, because they kept asking why, why, so I explained the reason. But they said, “That was that hospital,” and spoke in such an unpleasant tone that I just wanted to leave, consultation or whatever... I think they talked about various things, but I let it all go in one ear and out the other, so I don’t remember anything. And then I waited a long time again~~ A clinic that makes people wait way too much. ... If it was going to be like that, why did they even schedule the consultation.. Still, the final consultation with the manager was really thorough and professional, like a real consultation specialist, so by the time I left, I felt a bit better..(I’m extremely sensitive... please understand)
They said here only removal is absolutely possible, so that’s different from the direction I want, and I don’t plan to have surgery there~
Also, I hadn’t heard this at other clinics, but here they said they would give a small discount if I mosaic my eyes and mouth and upload photos to the site??? Who would take a discount and agree to have their photos posted... I can’t understand it.. Seeing that they also showed other people’s photos during the consultation, I wondered if they upload example photos to the site and also show them during consultations, so it made me uncomfortable too~
Anyway, this is just my opinion, so don’t think too deeply about it. I think it’s best to get a consultation and judge for yourself!
