When I made the consultation appointment, the clinic was closed, so I sent the message thinking they would reply on a day they weren’t closed, but they booked me that same day. That already made me go, oh. The clinic facilities were very nice and clean. I arrived about 30 minutes early, and the person with a consultation appointment before me didn’t show up even though it was their time, so luckily I had my consultation early. I liked that they were flexible. If someone is late, the staff could get a bit sharp, but they handled it really well, so even from the sofa-like waiting area I thought, this place is okay. The consultation manager was so kind, so I wondered, what do people mean by saying she’s prickly..? Writing it like this might make people think I’m a broker, but I’m really not.. I had wondered why the ratings were so high and whether there were a lot of brokers, but they were simply kind. I was going to write the consultation review a bit later, but I’ve been to several clinics for consultations, and this place was so good that I’m leaving one. The doctor was genuinely very kind too. I asked quite a lot of questions, and he answered all of them kindly. I was a bit worried because I saw a review saying he looked at the side view of someone’s nose and laughed at it, but there was nothing like that. There is a part where he explains what condition my nose is currently in, and I thought maybe that person felt that way during that part. I didn’t experience anything like that, and I wondered what people meant by saying they were unfriendly. You get a discount if you provide covered-eyes before-and-after surgery photos. When I was researching online, this place wasn’t my first choice, but after going in person, it’s competing for first place
