I visited because I wanted full removal for a contracted nose, and had surgery. At the time, I was having such a hard time because of my upturned nose and columellar retraction. What I’m satisfied with after removal is that it came down a little and the columella came out, but my nose became more pinched. Overall it’s just okay, but I’m considering revision surgery.
