They go deeper with sedation anesthesia and then proceed with nose surgery under local anesthesia. (There is no pain, but you will feel that surgery is being performed. It seems both nose surgery and eye surgery are done under local anesthesia while you are conscious.)
Postoperative care includes about 3 treatment visits after surgery. Cotton is removed after about two days, and at one week the splint and stitches under the nose are removed; at week two, the internal stitches are removed. Because nasal osteotomy is performed, cotton will likely be kept blocking the inside of the nose for a long time, until the one-week mark. This will probably be hard.
They only do one surgery in the morning and one in the afternoon per day.

If the septal cartilage is deviated or insufficient during surgery, donor costal cartilage can be used. (Additional cost 1.6 million won) But that almost never happens.

There is CCTV, and guardians can watch it if they want. After surgery, the director is expected to come out together. He is expected to show photos and explain. The director handles all treatment and consultations. Mid-progress is checked at 2 months. Staff members remove the stitches. / You see the director for the 3 treatment visits and once for the mid-progress check.
