I made an appointment for opening time, so the wait was short. I first had a consultation with the consultant, then with Director ㅇㅂㅎ. Since it was a revision surgery, I asked various questions and asked about the height, but even when I explained, he said things like, "Do you know roughly what height that is?" and "Even if I tell you, you wouldn't know, right?" so I felt offended. During the consultation, he suddenly said he had surgery and rushed out before I could even ask all my questions... I had also made time to go early in the morning, so it felt like my consultation wasn't important. I consulted more with the consultant than with the director who would perform the surgery, and I didn't feel confident, so I did not proceed with booking the surgery.
