I had a consultation without a CT scan, and they explained things while drawing by hand. There was no consultation fee, but they still consulted carefully, which was nice They accurately pointed out which procedures were possible and impossible for my nose, and although they tend to create lines from natural-glam to glamorous, they recommended a safe surgical method, so I somehow felt trust. If their aesthetic sense had matched mine, I think I would have had surgery here. However, the line felt more natural-glam and pointy than I had imagined Also, they said that if the septal cartilage is not large enough, they use donated costal cartilage, but the fact that they can only know after opening the nose bothered me The price was better than I expected
