It was my first surgery, done together with functional rhinitis surgery. The director was kind. He tried to do it in the direction I wanted, but I wanted to know the best way to make my own nose look pretty. I asked if I could get a nose like the photo without using silicone, and he said it was possible, so I proceeded with surgery using donated costal cartilage. It was fat grafting and my first nose surgery, and it took 7 hours. It bothered me that the director left before I fell asleep and did not come back in. The result did not look like the photo I was shown; my nose got bigger and the nasal tip drooped slightly. Still, the nose I got after paying an extra 800,000 won for anesthesia and receiving an AS revision is okay, so I’m living with it more or less. It’s slightly crooked, but he said that since my nose was originally crooked, raising it made that look more noticeable. The image is a bit different when looking from the left versus the right.. I don’t know if the donated costal cartilage was absorbed, but once my mom said it looked a little lifted. To me, it doesn’t show much, so I also wonder, is that so? I’m thinking about a third surgery, but I’m scared to open my nose again, and now I can’t trust review photos on apps, so I’m just living with it more or less..
