First, there was a director I had consulted with before (now retired). He was a plastic surgeon, and he had a lot of confidence and pride in his surgical skills. That actually, how should I put it, made me trust him more. But according to that director, my nose was an extremely difficult nose, and I remember the final estimate being about 10 million won for the nose alone. Next, the current director is from otolaryngology, so as someone who wants functional nose surgery, I had expectations when I went in for the consultation. He did explain things a bit mechanically in sequence, but he showed the complication rates and the actual surgical process, so I did feel some trust. But when I received the estimate at the end, this time it was actually cheaper than in 2023 even including eyes and nose, so I was kind of like, what is this... I saw mentions of side effects in other reviews, so I think I’ll think about it more.
Lastly, I’m the type who thinks the doctor is important, so unless there was a major problem, I didn’t pay much attention to other things like the facilities or the consultation with the consultant.
