The director was very serious, careful, and kind. They listened to my opinions well. However, rather than looking at my face and giving a diagnosis, it felt more like, if you want to do it, do it, and if not, don’t. So it felt like I had to make all the choices myself, and I was disappointed that there didn’t seem to be much certainty. The consultant was also on the kind side and answered questions well.
