I had 3D Fit-me Nose surgery with Director Noh Bong-il at Glovi Plastic Surgery, using the bridge of the nose, nasal septum, and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip. From the day of surgery until now, it hasn't hurt, and things like scars have all faded, so I'm happy. Online, I saw a lot of posts saying people developed inflammation around columella scars, couldn't breathe, couldn't sleep, and so on, but I slept well. They were cooperative about disclosing CCTV footage of the surgical process, and I liked that they provided good aftercare. It's week 2 now, and at this point my nose only gets intermittently stuffy like rhinitis when I sleep; once the swelling goes down more, I think I'll live forgetting I even had surgery.
