Counting by calendar years, I’m entering my 4th year now. At first, I got it every 3 months, then once every 6 months or 8 months. When I get anxious and ask, “Isn’t it about time to get it?” the clinic says, “Not yet” hahaha I started getting it because my square jaw muscles were so severe, but the muscle volume itself decreased sharply, so the interval before it comes back is really long. For people with a square jaw, Botox is much more effective than dieting and then doing something else. It was actually Botox, but I heard a lot of people say I lost weight and my impression changed. As for side effects, I personally haven’t felt anything in particular. Since I’ve had it several times, recently I do get a small bruise sometimes.
