I have rather prominent cheekbones on the sides of my face, so I went to look into whether liposuction or fat grafting would help. They said I don't have much fat and that this is mostly a bone and skeletal issue, almost entirely about the bones, so I should look into facial contouring, and that adding or removing fat would not have much effect. They told me everything honestly, so I felt that they were trustworthy and clear.
