I went for a consultation and there was nobody there, so I got seen right away. I was talking with the consultation manager, but she spoke way too fast and kept talking like a script, so I couldn’t really understand On the other hand, the director was very calm. They touched around my under-eye area and just explained the surgery method. I left after paying the deposit, but another place turned out to be more appealing so I asked for a refund, and they were really.. really good about it. They were kind, but it felt too much like a factory-style clinic..
