<3 months post-op> Before <before surgery> Because my first rhinoplasty was done with L-shaped silicone, I developed inflammation after 3 years. For the second surgery, the nasal bridge was too high and didn’t suit my face, so after a year I had a third surgery again. They said they were going to do osteotomy, but they shaved all the bone down even lower than my original nasal bridge, used donated costal cartilage without any explanation, and raised the nasal tip excessively, so after a few years, contracture started to develop. Because of several revision surgeries, it had become hard to breathe, but I had the functional aspects corrected together during surgery, so breathing is much more comfortable now. I had silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip. Now that it has been 3 months, the swelling has gone down a lot, and it looks higher than at first, so I’m happy. The most important thing for me was that my nostrils are not visible. The bumpy nasal bridge also became the line I wanted after surgery, so I’m happy. They have consistently taken good care of the aftercare, and the director always checks my progress, so I have no regrets about choosing this hospital. For those thinking about rhinoplasty, I hope you will be sure to carefully research from your first-surgery hospital onward!!!
