I went for a consultation because this place is famous for removal. I was worried because people said the doctor is a bit like a professor, and if you ask a question but can’t answer properly, it feels like you’re being scolded. But the consultation was okay. He drew pictures and explained until I understood… and uniquely, here you sit in a chair like at an ENT clinic, and they look all the way inside your nose. He seemed skilled. People say the consultant is unfriendly, but for me, she only told me exactly what was necessary, listened well when I asked questions, and was kind. But the cost is really outrageous compared with other places.
