Height: 157 Weight: 45 Breast size: before surgery 65AA / after surgery 65 full C~D Special notes: pigeon chest, asymmetrical breasts Surgery progress: It’s now been 3 weeks since my breast surgery, and I’m entering week 4
I had never even been to a plastic surgery clinic before, and I just thought it would be nice if my breasts were a bit bigger, so I made a same-day appointment at a large clinic and immediately set a surgery date (I didn’t even choose the director; I just went with the director the consultant recommended)
As a result, I’m satisfied with the surgery, but if someone said they were getting breast surgery, I don’t think I’d recommend this place
** Good points 1. The director was a woman, so I felt comfortable 2. I’m a bit indecisive, and I liked that the director took charge and told me clearly what size would be good (this could be a minus for someone else) 3. The consultant was kind (it varies by person, but the consultant who counseled me was pleasant and efficient, so I liked her) 4. They adjusted the price well 5. After surgery, only the first day hurt, and from the next day onward I was almost fine 6. I didn’t get any stretch marks, no bruising, and the incision sites are clean, so the scars are already barely noticeable 7. It hasn’t even been a month yet, but the breast shape seems almost settled already
** Bad points 1. Maybe because it’s a large clinic, after surgery I didn’t feel like the director checked on me properly. She looked for about 1 minute, said “They turned out pretty” > my question > answer, done (and then they said the director would check at the one-month mark) 2. The staff who provide care feel exactly like those businesslike nurses people imitate on social media. At my first aftercare session, I got capsular care + infrared, but it was so cold that when I checked, they hadn’t even turned on the heater I was receiving care with everything off, and it felt like too much just because it wasn’t their own body... I told the care manager right away, and from the next aftercare session they became a little kinder
I also saw people saying the female director who did my surgery was unfriendly, but I think that’s just her chic personality, and preferences differ by person. For me, since I had asked for it to be done naturally, I liked that a specialist decided things within the range I wanted, so I liked the director
No stretch marks, no bruising, and the surgical sites are clean, but honestly I think I didn’t get stretch marks because I started applying stretch mark cream from 1 week before surgery (But this is a good tip! Anyone planning breast surgery, make sure to apply stretch mark cream in advance starting 1 week before! Because when I was pregnant, I kept applying it before my belly started showing too, and even though my belly got really huge, I didn’t get a single stretch mark until I gave birth, yep)
It hasn’t even been a month yet, but the breast tissue has softened a lot, so I like the surgery itself, but the aftercare is really not great Honestly, if you’re paying with your own money, I think it would be better to look into it more and go somewhere that also provides good aftercare!
