I had nose filler twice over 2 years. The immediate effect was good, but the slim nasal bridge did not last even a few weeks, and as time passed it gradually became subtly blunt~ So you have to dissolve the filler and refill it again, but the injection to dissolve filler is also very painful, and I think it may be quite bad for the nose too. I did not have any side effects, but they say some people do have side effects (in severe cases, blindness), so I think it is best to think carefully before getting filler
