A few years ago, I decided to have surgery thinking, could it really get any stranger than my current nose But..... seriously After surgery, it actually got stranger lol I even developed nasal tip drooping and a step-off that I didn't have before lololololol Everything was done with donated costal cartilage, even during the surgery before my last surgery... Maybe I should have stopped then lol I was bothered by my asymmetric nose, but then I ended up with an asymmetric nose plus nasal tip drooping and a dorsal step-off. Alar lowering, what alar lowering? It didn't come down even 1 bit, it was just a total disaster. Before it failed, the clinic said they would do this and that and do it well lol So this time I'm looking into autologous costal cartilage, reconstruction, alar lowering, columella, and septal reconstruction So I'm thinking of basically declaring war on the clinic before trying it. If it fails, I'll reveal which clinic it is lololol If it goes well, I'll write a real review too lolololol I haven't chosen a clinic yet, but once I do, I'll talk about it again. Seriously, recommend clinics to me, not ads. I do have places I'm considering.... but because of the price, should I go? Should I not? Should I look around more? I'm still thinking Whichever clinic I do it at, I'm posting this with the intention of saying I'm doing it at this clinic and writing a real review lolololol I'm going to have surgery within next month. Once I choose the clinic, I'll say I'm doing it at this clinic. Please watch until the end lol
