I’ve had incisional double eyelid surgery twice and a history of lateral canthoplasty / waited about 15 minutes. There are so many people! I don’t think they were all there for consultations, and it did include people waiting for follow-up consultations and stitch removal, but since there is only one director, I wondered whether they were taking in too many people. And the consultation with the manager was quite long. This depends on the person, but it went on so long that I thought, hmm, why is this person examining me? Of course I did see the director too, but maybe because there were so many people, they really seemed overworked and looked very tired.
