Had the consultation without a CT scan, and they explained things while drawing by hand. There was no consultation fee, but I liked how thoroughly they consulted me. They pinpointed exactly which surgeries were possible and impossible for my nose, and compared with how they tend to bring out lines in a more elegant, glamorous way, they recommended a safer surgical method, so I felt somewhat reassured. If their aesthetic sense had matched mine, I think I would have had the surgery here. That said, the line felt more elegant and sharper than I had expected. And here, they said they would use donated rib cartilage if the septum was too small, but the fact that you can only know that after opening the nose was a bit concerning. The price was better than I expected too.
