I got it because my snaggletooth was severe, and it definitely became straight. It took 2 years, but it took long because I didn’t use the elastics well. Make sure to use the elastics. I think that’s the most important step. For me, it was just changing the tooth alignment, so there wasn’t anything special, and it didn’t hurt much. I ate well throughout the orthodontic treatment
