I had nostril reduction, cartilage tying, and bulbous nose correction (that's what they called it, but it seems like it was just removal of nasal fat), and I'm satisfied! It looks natural, and I like the shape too. But the shape changed more than I expected. Originally I hoped it would barely change from my rounded nose, but I think it came out slimmer. Still, I like it. The non-incisional tying at the base... I think I need to have it released. It looks too awkward and unnatural when I smile. It feels like I'm smiling while tensing my nose. So I'm going to have it removed.
