The director and all the staff were kind. The consultation manager also answered every question I asked. But I don’t know if other places are like this too, but you have to pay the surgery fee in cash to avoid a 10% fee. They said bank transfer wasn’t allowed either and that I had to bring cash no matter what, so it was a bit inconvenient.
