I had been going here from time to time for Botox or procedures since before they moved to the big building because it was cheap, but both in the past and now, since the system is factory-style, it’s extremely crowded and hectic. I think you have to go knowing that satisfaction with things like staff friendliness or detailed consultations may be low.
