It was a consultation from 3 years ago, so I don’t remember clearly, but I remember it proceeding in the order of consultant - director - consultant. I remember liking that the director professionally examined the eye structure well and that it didn’t feel like overtreatment. However, the price was higher than I expected, so I had it done elsewhere. . The consultant was okay, but I remember the desk staff being really unfriendly.
