It was my first nose surgery, and I didn’t really have anywhere around me to get information, so I prepared a lot of questions, and the director explained things in an easy-to-understand and detailed way The consultant treated me comfortably like a close older sister, so that was nice I whined a lot but she empathized with me and listened well There was no pressure to make a reservation at all
