I wanted to reduce the empty-looking space on my face, and after covering my side profile with injections, I was looking into surgery with the feeling of refining things, and narrowed it down to about three clinics run by a single head doctor that only do facial contouring, then went for consultations It was a weekday afternoon consultation, so the way there was congested, but the hospital building itself didn’t feel crowded. Since it was a consultation, I expected 20-30 minutes, but it went like CT scan - consultation with the consultant - consultation with the doctor - meeting with the consultant The consultant’s counseling was simple and neat, with no pressure to proceed, and the doctor felt like they explained, from the patient’s perspective, how much effect I could expect and things like the bone spacing under the assumption that the procedure would be done safely
