I arrived at the scheduled consultation time, and there was about a 30-minute wait. After finishing the CT scan, I heard an overall evaluation of my nose from the consultant in the assigned room, then waited about another 30 minutes. The director came in and looked at the shape of my nose. They said my septum was severely deviated and could not be used, so they recommended donated rib cartilage. The consultation itself was very kind, but they seemed to want to finish it quickly and seemed very busy, so it felt a lot like a factory-style surgery clinic, and I didn’t feel like I wanted to have it done there. The consultant came back and spoke with me one last time, then quoted a cost of 5 million won, so I was a bit surprised by the price.
