The director tends to be very meticulous during surgery. Maybe because of that, the surgical outcome was very clean and well done. However, they are on the conservative side, so they do not set the line very large. People who want a more glamorous look should probably think it over a bit. Right after surgery, I also worried that the line seemed too thin, but I am living with a fair amount of satisfaction.
