I had surgery because my nasal bridge was high, but I had a slight hooked nose. So I didn’t have any separate implant inserted! It’s been 4 years, and I haven’t had any side effects or discomfort~. It was done under local anesthesia after sedation, and I still can’t forget the feeling lol It felt like my nose was being sucked into a vacuum cleaner They say nose surgery is a risky surgery, so I hope you look into it carefully before doing it!
