I paid because a 5-session package was cheap as part of an event. When I first got it, I was really shocked because it hurt so much. It felt like a sewing machine was going dadadadada straight into my armpit. Even though my hair is on the fine and sparse side, it hurt so much that I was startled. (Before that, I had gotten 1 session at another clinic, and back then it just stung a little and that was it.) Fortunately, the hair really did decrease a lot, but I was so scared of the pain that I asked about numbing cream, and they said they would do spray anesthesia. While spraying the spray anesthetic and doing the laser.... I got a first-degree burn It became blotchy... I'm so upset They say doing laser while using spray anesthesia increases the risk of burns. Everyone, please be careful.
