Maybe I was too greedy in building up my small, low nose with costal cartilage, but even at first, my nose looked very large and artificial, so everyone who saw me knew I had nose surgery. Still, I didn’t want to have any more surgery, and I thought it was better than silicone, so I waited. As time passed, it did seem like it was going back to the small nose I originally had. It gradually got smaller, and the swelling went down completely too. Instead, the nasal tip was red and very hard, and I could feel the ear cartilage that had been inserted during surgery. After surgery, postnasal drip got worse, with mucus running down behind my nose, and my throat kept hurting, but even when I went to an ENT they said they didn’t know, and even when I went to a plastic surgery clinic they said they didn’t know.. Then, while that was going on, I bumped my nose and the costal cartilage broke. I just want to remove everything, so I’m looking into hospitals Ha... I’m so exhausted..
