First of all, even though I went after making a reservation, the waiting time was long, and there were really, really many people, so there wasn't enough space to sit and wait. The director and the consultant kindly gave me a consultation and explained in detail how the surgery would be done. I was recommended nasal bridge silicone + nasal tip septal cartilage/ear cartilage/donated costal cartilage + hump reduction + nasal bridge osteotomy, and in my opinion the director himself seemed to prefer a dramatic-looking nose. I didn't feel the need to shave down the hump on my nose or use donated costal cartilage from the first surgery, so after the consultation I didn't go as far as booking the surgery
