They were kind, and overall it was good. But since they don’t take a CT scan for first-time surgery that was disappointing. Since there were no CT images, compared with places that did have CT images, they definitely couldn’t talk as precisely about things like the nasal septum, so that was a bit disappointing. They said they would only know whether to use the septum or costal cartilage after opening it up But the director was straightforward and kind, thought things through with me, and told me that things I didn’t need to do didn’t have to be done. The consultant was also so kind, like an older cousin, so I liked it. I paid the deposit and even scheduled the surgery date before coming back,,,
