The director answered sincerely to everything I asked. There was a bit of a wait, but the consultation manager was kind, the staff had been kind since the phone reservation, and the clinic was clean!! The director and consultation manager did not pressure me, they said all surgeries are done with a closed approach, and I am still thinking about revision surgery
